How do I invite someone to private cam?

Go to that person's profile page, click on "Instant Message" in Contact Panel, and wait for the person to respond. After initiating conversation, ask the person if s/he would like to cam.

i generally ask the person first if they want to private chat as some have pop-ups off and dont see the message for private chat... :D
